A Real Estate company is seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, selling, and leasing properties, building strong client relationships, and providing professional real estate advice to help clients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market residential, commercial, and investment properties.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding the existing client base.
- Respond to client inquiries and understand their real estate needs.
- Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Update property listings and client information on a regular basis.
- Achieve sales targets and performance objectives set by the company.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic office applications.
- Good knowledge of the Erbil real estate market.
- Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish; English is considered an advantage.
- Preferably owns a private vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate placement.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen CVs and conduct phone and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare candidate profiles and submit shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency or
- recruitment consultancy.
- Experience recruiting for multiple industries and job levels.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with Odoo or Zoho Recruit is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Kurdish. Arabic is considered an advantage.
